Another Manawatu Case.

_ The Chief Justice also heard argument in a case which was before the Court at the October sittings in Palmerston North, in which the Deputy-Official Assignee sued John Rees Davies, farmer, Feilding, as trustee of the estate of John Rees Davies appointed under the terms of a certain deed of settlement dated June 9th, 1880, to have it declared that the plaintiff was entitled to the proceeds of a certain sale.

Having heard argument from Messrs Bell and Cooper (Palmerston) for the plaintiff, and Mr Skerrett for the defendant, his Honor reserved judgment.
