o (Per Prejss Association—Copyright) Received To-day at 9.18 a.m. LONDON, Yesterday; The scarcity of water eastwards of Galadi retards the advance of the Somali expedition. . The enemy holds tho available supply in the direction of Gergolubi. Tho evacuation of Obbia has begun. There is much native unrest at Berbera. Two thousand camels were captured at Galadi.
