Bagad Railway.
(Per Press Association—Copyright) Received to-day at 8.22 a.m. BERNE, Yesterday. The Kaiser has sent a German official, who was formerly studying the Bagdad railway problem, to investigate the American method of colonising along great railway tracks. It is understood these investigations are being made in view of German colonisation along the Bagdad line.
