LONDON, Yesterday. The Times is responsible for the statement, which is founded on reports current in Sofia, that the leaders of the Macedonian internal organisation have decided to abandon the general insurrection CONSTANTINOPLE, Yesterday. The Sultan has appo nted Edhem Pasha director of military operattions in European Turkey.
