Oby Hurdle Race —Victor 1, Scutum 2, Equity 3. Ten others started. Betting—2 to 1 against Victor, who won easily by a length. Time, 4min Isec. Gaclfibld Cup.

Lieutenant Bill 1 Flagship 2 Vanity Fair 3 All started but Seclusion, Abiogton, and Accrasia.

Cadenas and Air Motor led for a mile, and then Progredior took command and led into the straight, but soon died away, lieutenant Bill and Flagship came on the outside in the straight, and ibo former going S'.rong won by threequarters of a length. Progredior was fourth. Tune, 2min 36sec.
