It is also our sad duty to record the death of Mrs Mary Ana Moyrick, relict of the late Mr F. Meyrick, which occurred suddenly at her residence this morning. The deceased lady, who was 5(5 yoar.j of age. had been complaining for seme time past of indisposition. Stie appeared in her usual health this morning, however, and after attending to several household matters, laid down. On being called shortly afterwards, sho was found to be dead, heart disease being the cause. She was a very old resident of Palmerston, aniv.'ng here with her'husbaiid in 1871, since when she has resided,in Palmerston almost continuously. She was a native of Xclson, and a daughter of the late Mr E. Perrin of that town. Sho leaves six sons (.Messrs Fred. Ernest, Herbert, Frank, Geurgo and Leonard Meyrick) and one surviving daughter (Mrs Purser, of liawer.i), and one brother (Mr J. Perrin. of Palmerston) to mourn their loss. A large circle of friends will also regret her death. The funeral will take place on Wednesday afternoon.
