The first named couple had as groomsman, Mr E Harkness, and for bridesmaid, Miss Maggie Roberts, while the latter couple were supported dj Mr Thomas Searle. groomsman, and Miss Annie Boborts ana Miss Lucy Bowie as bridesmaids. ihe brides wore very becoming dresses, Miss Kate's being a silver-gre? tweed trimmed with white silk, with veil and orange blossom. A goodly number of the near relatives of. the brides and bridegrooms asaembled, and after the ceremony was over those were invited to afternoon tea. Many handsome and costly presents were received with many expressions ot goodwill.
