It is reported in Vancouver that an agreement has been concluded between the Grand Trunk, Great Northern, Vancouver, Victoria, and Eastern Railways «wi? 6\ y con3tructi°n of a second Canadian transcontinental line. It is a certainty that the terminus will be Van-' couver.
