Our membeil m a speciaL sense deserves well' of ! this portion of his constituency, and has; by his zeal and consistency, turned former political opposition into ; firm and' '■■ Unwavering allegiance. He' has risen immensely m the estima- J tion of the community by his actions and conduct m Parliament, and they could not do less than prove that they recognize and appreciate his ability aud energy as their representative.
