At Messrs Stevens an<l Gorton's sale at the Borough Yards to-day, the bidding was not very brisk. In Colonel Gorton's absence Mr Sherwill conducted the sile. The inaugural meeting of St. Pc tor's Young Men's Club and Institute will take placo at its rooms, Main-street, tomorrow evening.
