MYSTEROUS CASE.
A Clue at I*ast. (united press association.) NEtsoy, February 1. John ttenowden still remains insensible. Two snull pieces of the skull were removed last night and recovery is very doubtful. It appears he whs working some dayo ago at Belgrove, near where a contractor was firing a blast. Although warned he said he knew when he was m danger. He was struck on the head by a stone. He left for the village, but is said to have stayed at Ihe hotel drinking instead of procuring medical assi tance.
