m - "We are given to understand that Dr Rockstrow has been advised by his friends to offer an. apology to Mr McLennan for his remarks made at the Council table, and on which a libel action had been commenced. We learn that the Doctor withdraws the statements objected to, and expresses his regret that he should hive given utterance to the remarks complained of m an unguarded moment. No donbt Iho apology will be accepted, and further proceedings at law will be stayed.
