The. petitioner, George Bal;ingwail Stewart of Victoria, seeks to have his marriage with Lucia Stewart annulled p^Rhe grounds of her adultery with WilTram Hay Dickson, and claims £2UOO damages. The main issue is as to the custody of the child born ot the marriage.
