This clever American horse— tamer gave a free public lecture lasfc night, which he made both instructive and amusing. This morning he formed a ' class of some eighteen members, to whom he gave a private lecture m a room at the Commercial Hotel, also giving soiie useful practical hints on the management ani ontrol of horse 3.
