The Tenants Fixtures BUI passed through Committee a proviso being added thatsecurity shall ba given by the tenant, if demanded by the landlord be« fore fixtures be removed. The Arms Act will be repeated, it is hoped. v within a couple of yeara. Several huge petitions were received adverse to ejection licensing benches.
