COUNTY COUNCIL GAZETTE. r \ ''HE MANAWATTJ STANDARD has I been appointed the DISTRICT GAZETTE . for all official announcements authorised by the Manawstu County Council MANAWATU COUNTY COUNCIL. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given, that the Manchester Road Board proposes to construct the followiug Roads, or parts thereof, within the Manchester Road District, and-r the provisions of the Roads and Bridges Csnstruction Act, 1882, relating to District Roads, viz., 1. Ashucst and Bunnythorpe, Ulysses Jones, MaWa, Bunnythorpe, Whibley's, Pohangi~a, Manuaone, Juacdon, Valley and Midland, W ilson'a Spur, and Taonui Roads. The estimated coßt thereof is £22,594 2s 6d. 2. The amount ot payment required on the above is £2033 9s 2d annually for 15 years, and the amount of Bpecial rate refiuired to meet this is one and twor-fifths of a penny m th«£ on the rateable value of property within the Manchester Road bis trie t. 3. 'Jhe pi. ns, specifications, and detailed estimates of the cost of the proposed wo fes may be seen at the office of the Manchester Road Board, during ordinary office hours. 4.
