Capitalists in New ZeaLAND.
Mr Henry Uoodall, a gentleman representing a company of capitalists. at Leeds, Yorkshire, is at present making a tour of inspection m the Waikato ' distric f . He has come to New Zealand for the purpose of inspecting, jarge blocks of Land on the East and West Coasts ot the North Island, particularity a large block on the East Coast consisting; of 36,000 ecres. The company which he represents have JBIOO,OOO for investment. Mr Good all visited the Piako district, and speaks favorably 1 of that Country. He procaeds to Btqfcorua next, inspecting the country be tween Cambridge at>d that place, and from there will proceed overland to Napier. He is not m any way bound to any particular block or part of the country, but should he be favourably impressed with any piece of country which may come under his notice, and which can be secured on reasonable term 8, he is invested with the necessary powers to open negotiations for its purchase. After having visited Napwr he proceeds South.
