Shocking Accident.
J(by telegraph) f united press association.] Oamaru, Feb. 9. ; A fatal accident occurred at Nagapara to-nuht. A man named "Tom" was taking the winkers off a horse, when the animal bolted, throwing the man down, the wheel of toe dray passing over his head and causing almost instantaneous death.
