SPECIAL SALE.
By official announcement elsewhere it will be seen that a further sale of land m the Cape and Opunake Districts is to be held on the 12th inst., when 28 sections will be open for sale, for cash, at prices ranging from £i to £i per acre. Application can be made at the office of the Acting Commissioner of Crown Lands, W. H. Trimble, Esq., on and after Monday, the 12th inst. We understand that the land is,ef first-rate quality, and suitable for all classes of settlers. It is expected that for each of the sectioDs there will be considerable competition, and that more than one application will be lodged.
