CROWN LANDS SALE.
It is elsewhere announced by the Commissioner of Orowa Inud3 that ou Thursday, the 15 th February, at 11 o'clock m the forenoon, forty-four sections, varying m area from 40 to 640 acres will be offered for sale by public auction, at the Institute, Masterton. These sections are situate m the following survey districts— namely, Man* gaone, Tiffin, Mangapakeha, Waipawa, Wainuioru, Mount Cerberus, Aohanga, and Mount Robinson. Also, on Monday, the 19bh February, applications to purchase the unsold cash sections m the Pohangina survey district, Manawatu, and m the Tokomaru block (Wanganui), will be received at the Land Office, Wellington. Twenty^five per cent of the purchase money to be paid ou the, day of sale, and the balance within one month. Schedules contain* ing particulars as to upset price, area of sections, &c, can be had on application atvthe Town Clerk's office, Mastertou ; the offices of *he Wanganui Harbor Board ; and at the Land Office, Wei" lington.
