Suspected Poisoning.
(BY TELEGRAPH.) PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Christchubch, Jan. 5. A farmer named Michael Walsh, residing hear the Riccarton Hotel, about four miles from Christchurch, was found this evening to be suffering great agony, and apparently dying. A docI tor was called m, but the man immediately expired. Symptoms indicate poisoning by stryihnine. He was about 50 years of age. An inquest will be held.
