METEOROLOGICAL.

Rain has fallen during five diys with a total fall-of-39 inches for the month. The lowest reading of the thermometer was 3 9 degrees on the night of the 4th, and the highest 63 degrees on the 15th—Central Nursery, Ranfurly.
