ST. BATHANS.—BeSIDEXT MAGISTRATE'S COURT (Before H. W. Eobinson, Esq., 8.M.) May 10th.—Keenan and Morgan v. J. Foley. Claim, £l9 4s. No appearance of defendant. Judgment for amount claimed, and costs 9s.—Same v. Henry Prosser. Claim, £lO 3s 3d. Judgment for amount claimed, and costs 19s, to be paid by instalments of £3 forthwith ; £1 2s 4d on or before June 10th, and the balance by payments of £1 on the 10th of each succeding month till the whole is paid.—Hill v. M. Fahey. Claim, £29 7s lOd. Judgment for plaintiff for amount claimed, and costs 255, to be paid by instalments of • £ls in seven days, and the balance within four months.— M'Caffrey v. M. Fahey. Claim, £3 16s Judgment by consent for £2 lis 6d, and costs 7s to be paid within fourteen days. Warden's Court. Grants.—Aired Dongee, extended claim ; Charles Bose, extended claim ; Pauley and. Dongee, 'extended claim; Alfred Dongee, branch water race; Gallagher and another, protection.
