(From the Press Association.) Dunedin, Thursday Afternoon. The nominations for Dunedin City, are : T. Dick. T. Bracken, W. D. Stewart, Macassey, C. S. Reeves, and R. Oliver. Messrs. Dick, Bracken, and Reeves got the show of hands in their favor. Sir George Grey addresses a mass meeting here on Saturday. -The Land Board yesterday. considered the adjourned petition from the settlers at Budle, and Rock, and Pillar districts, requesting to have a piece of land, about 500 acres, adjoining Smith and Gellibrand's run, declared a hundred. The request was declined.
