Samuel Veale v. David M'Cready.—£s. Dismissed, with couts of Court 20s-, 50s. expenses of three witnesses, and 21a. professional costs. Robert Aitken v. David White.—Judgment summons, £2 14s. 6d. Defendant ordered to pay £3 os. 6d. on January 11, 1878, or in default to be committed to Naseby gaol for seven days.
