(Before H. W. .Robinson, Esq., Warden.) I Duncan v. Brown.—Complaint, defendant, on the 21st September, did unlawfully encroach upon complainant's claim in Enterprise Gully. Ross for complainant. Case dismissed® the plaintiff holding a larger area ground than that to which he was entitled.
