PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH.

Yesterday afternoon a large gathering of ladies of the Presbyterian congregation met for the purpose of discussing arrangements for the forthcoming garden party. Mrs D. R. Barron presided. It was unanimously decided that the garden party be held in the spacious grounds surrounding Mrs M. E. Perreau’s residence on Tuesday, December 4th,-' commencing at 2 p.m. The stall holders were appointed for fancy goods, Christmas gifts, cakes and sweets, bran-tub, ice cream and competitions. It was also decided to hold a concert the same evening in the Masonic Hall.
