FOXTON’S LABOUR DAY ATTRACTION.

THE MOTOR SPORTS ON MONDAY. Indications are that there will be a large attendance at the Foxton United Sports Associaion’s annual motor cvcle sports meeting to be held on the racecourse on Monday. The Association has made arrangements with Mr J. V. Kyle to broadcast a programme of music and keep patrons posted with interesting information and results of the races. This year the location of the loud-speakers will be on the lawn to ensure satisfactory results. Riders are coming from as far South as Christchurch and as far north as Hellensville. The track was inspected this week and found to be in excellent condition for racing so that some good times should result. The first race is at 1 p.m. and there are eigth races. An excellent day is promised patrons.
