BREACH OF PROMISE
£SOO DAMAGES AWARDED. Wanganui, August 10. Claiming £SOO damages from H. G. Rodney Goldinghnm for breach of promise, Kathleen Margaret McGreevy was awarded the full amount to-day by Mr. Justice MacGregor. Plaintiff stated that defendant telephoned her the night before the wedding stating that he was not going through with it. The action was not defended.
