Alathews, Under-Secret-arv to the Justice Department (appointed by the Alinister for Justice) Air J. Beck, , offieer-in-charge of special schools (appointed by the Minister for Education), Dr A. G. Paterson (appointed by the Minister for Health). N Following is the order of reference. To inquire and report as to the necessity for special care: and treatment of the feeble-minded and sub-normal and to propose the several means by which such care and treatment (if any) should beiprovid- ’ ed; to- inquire and report as to the necessity for treatment of mental degenerates and persons charged with sexual offences, and to recommend, a form of , treatment for the various types of cases. It is understood Dr. Truby King wiH probably also be a member of the committee.
