WEDDING.

A pretty wedding took place at the local Presbyterian Church on Align 4 291 h, when Mr Robert Reid, second sou of Mr and All's A. Reid, of Foxlon, avus married to Miss Lizzie Dickie limes, only daughter of Mr and Mrs A. Innes, 01. Buckie, Scotland. The bride, who Avas given away by the bridegroom's uncle, Mr R. S. .McNair, wore a pretty dress ol crepe-de-che-ne 'and georgette. She was attended by Aliss Minnie A!cNalr as bridesmaid, .and Aliss Agues Riirlon, niece of the bridegroom, made a pretty/lower girl. Both the bridesmaid and llowergir! wen: attired in dresses of Avhile voile, trimmed Avith Indian lace. Mr A. Reid, brother of the bridegroom, officiated e.s best man. The ceremony Avas performed by the Rev. T. Halliday. After the ceremony a reception was held at Mr Perreau’s tearooms, Avhen the usual toasts were honoured. The happy couple allerwards let! by motor en route for Wanganui, and they Avill later take up their permanent residence in the Foxlon district.
