Louise Michel in Paris.
Louise Michel is in Paris on a short visit, her principle object being to find an editor for a book she has just written, entitled " La Siecle Rouge." She has been interviewed, and told the reporter that there was more freedom in England than there was in France. "In London," she said " everybody has a right to proclaim as loudly as he pleases the ideas for which he strugglos and which he hopes to see triumph. A man thero has a higher consciousness of his dignity, and both the customs and the laws respect liberty." She also related how she tried to start a school which did not succeed, and how this winter, she is going to run a loup kitchen on a modest scale for starving socialists.
