Iron Bedsteads Brushware Haberdashery On THURSDAY, the LAST LOTS will be sold, being last day of sale, AND THE PREMISES, Half an Acre of Land, with five buildings, insured for £2000. Terms for premises — £2000 can remain on mortgag e for 4 years at 8 per cent, and the balance in cash or approved bills, with interest at current rates added, at 3, 6, and 9 months. Such a Sale as the present has never before taken place in the district. Heads of Families, Storekeepers, and others should bear in mind that for a few shillings they can have a pound's «vorth. They should also bear in mind that opportunities like this are of rare occurrence. It is not every day that a £1 will go as far as two or three. In the meantime buyers can inspect the stock, particulars of which may be had from the auctioneers. The Public are requested to note that a CLEARING SALE BY AUCTION will be held at Palmerston shortly, the date of which and other particulars will be given in next issue. #
