Horses for hack races must be the property of bona fide residents in tho Manawatu County, who have subscribed a qualification fee of 10s to the funds of the Club, and who have never entered for any advertised race. Two publicans' booths, and refreshment stalls, will be on the ground. Archery, Quoits, Dancing Platforms, &c. Interval of half an hour about 2 o'clock for refreshments.
