WELLINGTON, Aug. 11. Colonel Mitchell moved the second reading of a Bill to create April 25th Anzac I>ay. He paid an eloquent tribute to the gallantry of his old comrades. ' The Prime Minister supported the Bill, declaring that he hoped the day would be a holy day rather than a holiday. Speeches from all sides of the House, except from thei official Laborites, ' voiced. the country's tribute to the services of theiAnzacs, and immediately the second; reading was carried Mr Masscy moved the adjournment of the House, the sitting ending with the singing of the National Anthem. \
