MARSHAL FOCH'S OPINION

The lly-the Conference heard reports from Marshal Foch, General Wilson, and Lord Beatty, who at length discussed measures to frustrate the Russian plan of ever-running Poland. Mai-slvil Fo'ch is apparently of opinion that Poland is far from being beaten. If her forces fire quickly recaganised she m-iy yet successfully defend her frontiers.
