DESTRUCTION OF GERMAN WAR MATERIAL.
PARIS, Aug. 9. Allied troops on the Eastern Russian frontier are busily engaged in destroying tho accumulaton of German war material and munitions, evidently with the intention of preventing thorn falling into tho hand© of the Bolsheviks.
Tho Germans are complaining of the inrjcfesant explosions, which arc alarming the population.
