The Chicago Tribune's Warsaw correspondent says that two counterattacks planned by si French officer with heavy artillery wiped out two strong Red positions. The Russians crossed the eastern border of Bessarabia, which was i-edeil to Roumania by the Versailles Treaty. Thousands of Roumanians who deserted when called to the colors are now reported to be interned in Bulgaria.
