FRANCE PREPARED TO PAY

Thci New York Times's Parks, correspondent states that ha'is officially informed that the Freno'i Government is prepared, to meet in full its oie half share of .the. fivs hundred million dollar Anglo-French loa,n, vhich will, be due in October.. France is able to pay tw;> hundred and fifty million dollars without British aid. The Government will seek a new loan from American bn.nkei"s of one hundred thousand dollars, or 40 per c-ent oi' the amount of the maturing loan.
