MR. McCALLUM MOVES FOR A RETURN.

WELLINGTON, July 30. Mr R. McCallum (Wairau) has given notice to move for a return showing the particulars of all the wool that the New Zealand "woollen companies were allowed to purchase during the existence of the commandeer, all wool purchased by the companies during the similar period before the beginning of the commandeer, wool not converted into clothing in possession of the companies at the end of the commandeer, and additional wool ; purchased by the woollen companies, for which they have been charged the appraised value plus an additional amount per lb. equal to one-half of the difference between the New Zealand appraised price, plus the charges to London, and the London sale values.
