KAISER'S PRESENCE IN HOLLAND.
A MENACE TO EUROPE
MYSTERY OF THE ABDICATION
Australian and N.Z. Cable Association (Received Nov. 21, 8.40 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 20. There is a growing feeling that the ex-Kaiser's presence in Holland is a menace to Europe. Some newspapers demand that he should be extradited and put on his trial. The Daily Chronicle's Pans, correspondent says: "The Allies' inaction regarding the;' Kaise- has provoked ange^ and disgust.' It is pointed out that the alleged abdication Is enveloped in mystery. It is questionable whether ho really signed away the rights of the Crown. There is nothing to vouuh for its authenticity except the -ex-Chancel-lor Prince Max's 'bald announcement.
