(Received April 11, 5.5 p.m.) AMSTERDAM, April 10. It is reported from Constantinople that the Turkish army consists of scattered and demoralised remnants. 'It is impossible to reconstitute tjie many depleted units. Numerous officers in Constantinople are without commands. No Germian assistance hag been received lor a considerable time.
