DECLARATION' BY BEDOUINS.

The Cairo An'ram .publishes-'---the following declaration, which it has received from the Bedouins, of the Libyan Desert, who come within the Egyptian sphere of government: — "We were in ..sympathy with the Bedouins of Tripoli wlten they were at war with others and afc peace with us.
