Some time may elapse before the troops destined ' for the Balkans arrive at tiio Danube. j "The .attitude of Roumania is un- ; certain and will be largely influenced by the number of troops the Allies muster on the Peninsula in the next few weeks. The Allies' more decided attitude towards Greece and the arrival of the Tsar at the Danube have impressed Roumania.
