SYDNEY, Nov. 29
The Huddart-Parker Company notify that all intending passengers for New Zealand of military age must be armed with the necessary passport. In connection with Saturday's disturbances a soldier was sentenced to three months' imprisonment and seven were fined. The others were remanded . MELBOURNE. ISov. 30. The new regulation prohibiting the departure of men of military age empowers arrest without warrant.
