General Staff. The organisation of the Entente is steadily .tightening;. up*. It is felt that something more is required than s irregular meetings to deal with pressing matters. It is believed that a further conference will be arranged aoad a scheme of perm:a>nent consultation considered... by the Council, which will proba,bJy be held in Paxis.
It is considered that three representatives from each of the four Powers will be sufficient. The Foreign Offices of England and France have never been more intimate. The Munitions Departments are in perfect understanding, and the militaa-y staffs are working in perfect unison.
