MONTENEGRIN PROCLAMATION.
DETERMINED TO FIGHT IT OUT
(Received. Nov. 30, 0.15 a.m.) CETTINJE, Nov. ,29. King Nicholas, in a proclamation, pxhovts his people to remain calm in thn face of the danger threatening Montenegro. The Serbians have been forced to withdraw to Montenegrin mountains, where the iqrees of both kingdoms will fight .valiantly from mountain to mountain.

(Received Nov. 29. 5.40 p.m.)- . AMSTERDAM, Nov. 29. A German communique says:—We have occupied, Rudnik. south-west or Mitrovitza, taking 2700 prisoners. Our main operations have now closed with the flight of the meagre remnants of the Serbian aa-my to the Albanian mountains. Our first aim —to open communication with Turkey via Bulgaria—has been achieved. Over 100.000 Serbians have been, captured, while -the German losses are moderate.
