The Milan newspaper Secolo states that M. Pastich, the 'Serbian Premier,, communicated yon Mackensen s overtures to the Gibinet sayiug: Our wav is marked out. We will be true, to "the Entente and die honorably. It is understood that yon Mackensen made similar overtures to Montenegro. King Nicholas replied by offering to send his army to die with the Serbians at Kossovo.
