(Received Aug. 30 8 45 p.m) TOKIO, Aug. 30. Baron Kato, at a mass meeting of ■Constitutionalist Unionists claimed to represent the opinion oi the majority of Japanese in foreseeing complete victory to the Allies. He added that if afterwards Germany attacked Japan -foe latter was prepared to meet her with guns, ships, and men. He denounced the Opposition's attacks on the Okuma Administration. The latter had -successfully solved important national questions and had maintained Japan's honor and dignity.
