PARLIAMENTARY ASSOCIATION.
TRIBUTES TO ITS WORK

$ LONDON, April 30. At the annual meeting of, the Empire Parliamentary Association the Right Hon. W. A. Lowther, Speaker, presided.. Mr Bonar Law and Lord Emmott paid tributes to the excellent work of the Association in fostering closer relations wjth Overseas statesmen.
The Hon. Mr Lowther" moved that the executive endeavor to .arrange for 20 Members of Parliament to accept the invitation to visit Australasia this year.
Mr Balfour, in seconding the motion, said that the invitation was conclusive proof of the value of the Association. They should by delegation make themselves acquainted with the feelings and aspirations of those carrying out Empire work overseas and also carry to them in concrete form their goodwill and sympathy. The motion was carried. • ..
